Websites for practitioners doing exceptional work
We make what’s different about your services immediately clear, so the right patients can see it, understand it, and value it.
See our latest concepts
The best practitioners are often the hardest to market.
Your work isn’t a neat list of services. It’s years of experience, pattern recognition, clinical judgment, and a way of seeing the person in front of you that has become almost instinctive.
A designer can make that look beautiful without ever understanding what makes it valuable.
That’s how exceptional practices end up sounding ordinary.
I build from the opposite direction.
Before I design anything, I look for the idea underneath what you offer: what you see differently, what your patients have been missing, and why your approach matters to them.
Once we find that, the website has something worth designing around.
Selected concepts
There is no Modern Practice Websites look.
Every design begins with the practitioner: their patients, their philosophy, their personality, and the idea at the center of their work.
The goal isn’t to make your practice look like my work. It’s to make the website feel unmistakably like yours.
These four are concepts — homepage designs made on spec for practices I wanted to work with, not sites those practices have launched. They show how the thinking arrives at a design.

Positioned on what a patient is trying to get back to, rather than on the list of modalities offered.
Clinical hypnotherapy · Glasnevin, Dublin
The difference between understanding a pattern and changing it, argued with a diagram instead of a claim.
NetworkSpinal chiropractic · Marin County, CA
Written for the patient who has already done the work and still doesn’t feel like herself.
Performance chiropractic & sports rehab · Orange, CT
Care that continues after the pain stops, drawn as a continuum rather than described as a promise.

Just got my new website online and it looks amazing! Working with Kevin was so easy and fast. The whole process took just a few days. His team handled every detail, including writing all the pages. If you need an updated, better website for your practice, I highly recommend Kevin.

Before we talk about design
The website is where patients decide.
They start with the practitioner — credentials, modalities, philosophy, services.
I start with the person deciding whether to become a patient.
Do you understand me?
Is this actually different?
Do I trust you?
Am I ready to take the next step?
The words, imagery, proof and path through the site are designed around helping the right person move from recognition to trust to action.
A different kind of web designer
Before I designed websites for practitioners, I was one — more than a decade in clinical practice as a licensed acupuncturist, then two decades helping practitioners communicate, market and grow their work.
That combination matters.
What makes an exceptional practitioner different usually isn’t another credential.
Every marketing problem eventually becomes a messaging problem, and every messaging problem eventually becomes a website problem. My job is to see what’s exceptional about your practice, find the clearest way to express it, and build the website around that.
Built for how patients find practitioners now
Your website isn’t only read by people anymore. Search engines and AI systems are also interpreting your expertise, your relevance, and the relationships between the ideas on your site.
That’s why every Modern Practice Website combines clear information architecture, substantive practitioner-specific content, on-page SEO, and answers to the questions real patients are asking.
Not content written for algorithms.
A clearer, deeper representation of your expertise that patients, search engines and AI systems can all understand.
The complete website
12 pages. More than 10,000 words.
One complete online presence.
Everything above becomes a complete patient-facing website, made page by page around your practice. Here is exactly what gets delivered.
The website
Each custom-designed and written for your practice, roughly 800 to 1,200 words per page.
Authority content
All written in your voice and targeted at the keywords your patients actually search, structured so Google and AI systems can read and evaluate them. Twelve distinct pages in all.
Included with every site
A simple, collaborative process
Day 01
Intake
A 30-minute intake form captures your specialty, voice, ideal patient, brand direction and clinical philosophy. That becomes the foundation for every design and copy decision. The clock starts once your intake is in.
Days 02–04
Home page concept
The home page mock-up is completed with your custom visual identity. That page sets the direction for everything else, so it comes to you first. Nothing further is built until you approve it.
Days 05–08
Full build
Once the home page is approved, the rest of the site is built to match it: all five core pages plus the 10,000 words of authority content. You are not involved at this stage.
Day 09
Final preview
The finished site is delivered for your review. You spend about 30 minutes reading through and note anything you want changed. Send your notes back as one message and I make the changes.
Day 10
Launch
Changes made, Google Business Profile optimized, schema markup added, internal linking finalized. The site launches on your hosting, in your name, fully functional.
Your part
About an hour of your time, total.
30 minutes at the beginning.
30 minutes before launch.
You send me your logo, images and answers to a few questions. That’s essentially it.
My part
I take it from there.

I used Kevin’s content system for my practice and have never been busier. Before I was relying on referrals which was slow and frustrating. Now my website and online presence is by far what works best.

The complete website
No website subscription. No proprietary platform. No monthly fee to me. You are not choosing between this and free. You are choosing between owning and renting. Those subscriptions often carry template content shared across thousands of identical sites, and a domain you do not fully own. Stop paying and the presence disappears. This is a custom asset you own outright, in your name, with no monthly fee to me. Hosting for a site made this way is free or near-free and billed directly to you. Subscription website services run $95 to $1,400 a month, forever.
Includes
The fine print
The concierge carries a $29 a month managed service to run it, cancellable anytime without affecting the rest of the site. Everything else is included in the one-time price. If you prefer, the $2,497 can be split into two payments of $1,350.
Two rounds of revisions are included. If something is genuinely broken after those rounds, I fix it. The goal is a website you are proud to send patients to.
A strong fit
Fit
You do work that takes more than a list of services to explain. You care who finds you. You want patients who understand the value of your approach before they walk through the door. And you want the website handled without turning it into another job for yourself.
Who this is forAcupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, functional medicine practitioners, integrative MDs and DOs, mental health professionals, somatic and body-based practitioners, health coaches and functional nutritionists, massage and craniosacral therapists, and other depth-based clinical work.

After working with Kevin, I was able to buy my ideal clinic space and am booked out with patients I love working with. His internet systems have been incredibly helpful in reaching my goals.

Questions
The things people usually want to know before saying yes.
AI tools are part of the production process. So is twenty years of practice growth expertise, editorial judgment, voice capture and brand direction. The combination is what makes it work.
Generic AI content reads as generic AI content, and most practitioners can spot it instantly. What makes these sites different is what surrounds the production: strategic direction, hand-tuned voice capture, editorial-grade quality control, and someone who knows what good practitioner content looks like because he has been creating it for two decades.
Your current site is replaced. This is a complete replacement, not an addition, and existing content is not migrated. What you get is a new asset designed around your current positioning and how patients search now. The 10,000 words are written for you, not a rewrite of what you already have.
Most practitioners find their existing content was written for a different version of the practice, or in a voice that no longer matches where they have arrived clinically. If you have blog posts or pages you want to preserve, your current web person or a freelance developer can migrate selected pieces after the new site goes live, and I am happy to point you toward someone. The migration work itself is not part of what I deliver.
If your existing site is fundamentally functional and you only need authority content and profile optimization installed without a full replacement, the Patient Discovery System at $997 covers exactly that.
It is a fast, modern, lightweight site rather than on a heavy page-builder platform loaded with plugins. Three practical advantages follow.
Speed. With no page builder or plugin stack behind it, the site loads fast, which matters both for patients deciding in seconds and for how search systems rank you.
Security. There is no database, no logins and no plugins for attackers to exploit, and SSL is automatic. The most common ways practitioner sites get hacked simply do not apply.
No maintenance. Nothing to update, no security patches, nothing that breaks when a plugin changes. It is made to run for years without being replaced.
You own everything — the site, the content, the design, the domain — all set up in your name. Because it is a fast, lightweight static site, modern hosting is free or near-free at reputable providers, billed to you directly and never to me. Domain registration, if you need it, runs about $15 to $20 a year in your own name.
There is no platform lock-in, no licensing fee and no monthly retainer. You are never dependent on me to keep your site online. If you want to bring in another developer or manage it yourself, everything is already yours to hand off.
Small text edits — a phone number, an address, a price — are straightforward to make directly in the HTML. For larger changes to design, layout or new sections, you come back to me. That is by design: you hired this out so you are not maintaining a website. Additional pages are $297 each and minor edits are handled quickly.
Every client also gets a Page Template Kit, a blank version of your site’s design with every section type ready and labelled. Want a new page that matches? Copy the relevant sections, paste in your content, upload. No code knowledge required beyond basic text editing, and your design stays consistent across every page you add.
Not a problem. I will point you to a reliable provider and walk you through getting set up before launch. Because the site is lightweight, hosting is free or near-free and takes a few minutes to arrange. Domain registration runs about $15 to $20 a year. None of it is marked up — you set it up in your own name and own it outright.
Every site includes all three. Two come at no additional cost: the patient assessment, which shows each visitor their starting point while capturing their email, and the AI-search architecture, which structures the site so tools like ChatGPT can understand your practice and expertise and surface it appropriately.
The concierge is installed with every site, with a $29 a month managed service to run it. That covers its usage costs, monitoring, and updating its knowledge whenever your hours, services or prices change, so it never gives a visitor outdated answers. It answers practice questions only and never gives medical advice. AI phone reception is available separately as a managed add-on.
Yes. Strategic direction refined over twenty years, combined with modern production tools, makes it possible. Traditional agencies take eight to sixteen weeks because their workflow is manual at every stage. Here the strategic decisions are still made by hand and the production work is accelerated.
Ten business days is the production timeline: intake on day one, the home page concept on days two through four, the full build on days five through eight once you approve it, your final preview on day nine, and launch on day ten. The actual pace depends on how quickly you send your logo, images and answers. Minimal work on your end, but the timeline moves at the speed of your responses.
Everything runs over email, and feedback happens at two points: the home page concept and the final preview. Each time, gather all your notes into one message and send them together. That is what keeps the ten-day timeline possible and what keeps the work sharp. There are no calls, and piecemeal feedback across several days does not fit the process. If you prefer a high-touch, meeting-heavy agency relationship, a traditional agency at $5,000 and up is the better fit.
Very little. The intake form on day one captures everything: your specialty, your ideal patient, your voice, your clinical philosophy and your brand direction. If you have a logo, it gets incorporated. If you do not, I design a clean typographic identity that fits your practice. Brand colours, existing copy, current website URL if you have one — all covered in the intake. Nothing to prepare in advance. Just show up with twenty to thirty minutes and honest answers.
It is simple, and it is all done in your name. Once the site is finished and approved, it is published to your hosting and your domain is pointed at it. If you want me to handle the setup directly, I can. If you would rather keep full control, you get clear step-by-step instructions and I stay on email the whole way. Either way the accounts are yours, so you are never locked out of your own site.
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What I guarantee is the system: a site shaped around your ideal patient, written to convert, and structured so both Google and AI systems can find and understand it. Whether it fills your schedule also depends on factors only you control — your market, your pricing, your availability, and how you follow up with the inquiries it brings in.
What I can show you is what it has done for other practitioners. A practice that doubled. A practitioner who went from referral-dependent to consistently busy. An ND who booked out and bought her ideal clinic space.
A template is an empty shell you fill yourself, and most practitioners never do. This is a finished, fully written asset. The design is drawn around your practice rather than a theme you customize. You get 10,000 words of authority content written by someone who understands practice growth, where a template gives you a blank page. And the site is structured for how patients search now, including AI-driven search, which DIY platforms do not account for. The template is cheaper because it is empty.
Ownership and content. With a subscription you are renting: you pay every month, often for templated content shared across many other practitioner sites, and you typically do not fully own your site or even your domain. Stop paying and what you paid for can disappear.
Here you pay once and own everything outright — the site, the copy, the domain, all in your name, with no monthly fee to me. The content is written specifically for your practice. A subscription at $95 to $1,400 a month is $1,140 to $16,800 a year, every year.
Google typically indexes a new site within days to a few weeks of launch. Meaningful organic traffic and rankings in your specialty and location usually develop over four to twelve weeks as Google evaluates the content, schema markup and authority signals. AI search systems tend to pick up well-structured authority content faster than traditional rankings develop.
These sites are structured specifically to accelerate that — the schema, content depth and internal linking give Google and AI systems what they need to evaluate the practice quickly. But this is a foundation that accumulates, not a switch that flips.
Worth being precise about what is shown here. The four concepts above are homepage designs I made on spec — real design and real copy, but for practices that have not launched them. They are there to show how the thinking produces a design, not to claim those practices as clients.
For finished work, Jennifer Knauf’s site at correctivebalance.com is a complete version of exactly what is described above — all twelve pages, every word written from her intake — and it is live. Read any page of it. If you want to see authority articles or condition deep-dives from other client sites before deciding, email me and I will send them over.
Because this is custom work delivered quickly, payment is non-refundable once production begins on day two. If you decide within 24 hours of signing up that it is not right, you get a full refund. After that the work has been done, but two rounds of revisions are included to make sure the final result is something you are happy to launch.
