I've been on both sides
Before I helped practitioners build their practices, I spent 13 years building one of my own.
I spent 13 years in private practice and treated hundreds of patients. So I know the part of this work that doesn't show up in a marketing plan.
The uncertainty when the schedule isn't full. The difficulty of explaining work that patients don't always understand. The frustration of being good at what you do and realizing that isn't enough, by itself, to build a sustainable practice.
Early in my own practice, I struggled with exactly that.
Learning how to communicate the value of the work changed the trajectory of my practice. It also changed the direction of my career.
In 2005, I began helping other practitioners solve the same problem.
What started there eventually became group programs, courses, trainings and dozens of practitioner-focused programs used by thousands of practice owners around the world.
